Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential clients through cold calling, telemarketing, and lead generation activities. Conduct site visits to showcase properties and provide sales support to customers. Develop strong relationships with HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals) and handle their queries related to property purchases. Provide pre-sales support by handling customer complaints, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely project possession. Collaborate with internal teams for effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Strong understanding of residential sales, luxury sales, villa sales, B2C sales, real estate marketing, direct sales, HNI sales, plot sales, plotted development. Excellent communication skills for effective telecalling and telemarketing activities.
