Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential international clients.
Understand client needs and offer suitable product/service solutions.
Convert calls into successful sales and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Keep detailed records of calls, client interactions, and conversion reports.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Achieve daily conversion targets consistently.

Required Skills

1-4 years of experience in

cold calling

or

US B2B sales
Strong spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
Ability to handle objections and keep conversations simple
Basic understanding of SaaS or willingness to learn
Comfortable working in US time zone (Night shift IST)
