Job Description

The Opportunity: This is a 100% commission-based role for ambitious and self-driven sales professionals. You will be the catalyst for our growth, responsible for generating leads, pitching our franchise business model, and closing deals with potential investors and entrepreneurs across India. Your earnings are a direct reflection of your success, offering uncapped potential for top performers. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential franchise partners (individuals, businesses, investors) within assigned territories or your own network. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling virtual or in-person presentations to articulate the Senso EV franchise opportunity, investment model, and growth potential. Deal Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final agreement signing. Negotiate terms and overcome objections to secure new franchise partners. Relationship Building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners through networking, cold calling, and leveraging social media (especially LinkedIn). Market Feedback: Provide insights from the field on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to the central strategy team. Collaboration: Coordinate with the head office team to ensure a smooth handover of the signed franchisee for onboarding and setup. Who You Are: A natural hunter with a proven track record in sales, business development, or direct commission-based roles. A highly motivated and results-oriented individual who thrives on earning based on performance. An excellent communicator and negotiator, capable of building trust and closing deals quickly. A self-starter who can work independently, manage their own time, and requires minimal supervision. You understand that this is a "no fixed salary" role and are excited by the challenge of a high-risk, high-reward environment. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, real estate sales, franchise sales, or any direct commission-based role. Experience in automotive, EV, or retail sales is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong network and connections in business communities across India is a significant advantage. Excellent command of English and the local language(s). Must have a smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet connection.
