Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

● Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

● Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resolving issues as needed.

● Market Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned territory for secondary also map the market of Competitors and make action plan according to the same. 

● Product Promotion: Effectively promote products and provide demos to clients.

● Sales Reporting: Submit timely sales reports and maintain accurate records.

● Territory Management: Manage daily routes and ensure timely customer visits.


Required Skills:

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Proven experience in sales, especially in FMCG or Horeca.

● Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
