We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth by connecting buyers with their dream properties. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Client Consultation & Sales: Understand clients property requirements and financial considerations. Provide expert advice on market trends, property features, and investment opportunities. Present property listings and conduct engaging property tours. Negotiate deals and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to closing. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals. Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular contact to update them on new listings and market developments. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and manage required documentation for property transactions. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track sales activities, and report progress to management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings. Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and development teams to optimize sales strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is desirable. Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
