Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives within the real estate industry. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative online marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive conversions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and creative, to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate sector. Create campaign roadmaps that align with overall business goals and real estate market trends. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, etc.) to drive property inquiries and sales leads. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights and KPIs. Content & Social Media: Oversee the development and distribution of engaging content that highlights property listings, market trends, and company achievements. Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track campaign performance and website metrics. Generate regular reports to evaluate ROI and identify opportunities for improvement. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment. Optimize spending across channels while maintaining a focus on lead generation and conversion. Collaboration & Coordination: Work with sales, creative, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall business strategies. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the real estate or related industry. Proven track record of successful digital campaigns and lead generation strategies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in the real estate sector. Strong understanding of local real estate markets and customer behavior.
