We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives within the real estate industry. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative online marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive conversions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and creative, to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate sector. Create campaign roadmaps that align with overall business goals and real estate market trends. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, etc.) to drive property inquiries and sales leads. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights and KPIs. Content & Social Media: Oversee the development and distribution of engaging content that highlights property listings, market trends, and company achievements. Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track campaign performance and website metrics. Generate regular reports to evaluate ROI and identify opportunities for improvement. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment. Optimize spending across channels while maintaining a focus on lead generation and conversion. Collaboration & Coordination: Work with sales, creative, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall business strategies. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the real estate or related industry. Proven track record of successful digital campaigns and lead generation strategies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in the real estate sector. Strong understanding of local real estate markets and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Client Consultation & Sales: Understand clients property requirements and financial considerations. Provide expert advice on market trends, property features, and investment opportunities. Present property listings and conduct engaging property tours. Negotiate deals and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to closing. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals. Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular contact to update them on new listings and market developments. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and manage required documentation for property transactions. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track sales activities, and report progress to management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings. Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and development teams to optimize sales strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is desirable. Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
