We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth through the successful sale of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and training. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand market share. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Set individual and team sales goals, and track performance against these objectives. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including investors, developers, and property buyers. Oversee the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring a seamless process from initial inquiry to final sale. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Marketing & Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that generate qualified leads. Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to reach prospective buyers and drive brand awareness. Organize and participate in industry events, open houses, and networking opportunities to build a strong market presence. Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and pipeline status using CRM systems. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the sales function. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven success in managing high-performing sales teams and achieving aggressive sales targets. Extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends. Certifications: Relevant real estate licenses and certifications are preferred. Additional certifications in sales or management are a plus.
