Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into long-term business relationships. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, preparing and delivering presentations, conducting market research, and maintaining records of sales activities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction. Job Description We are actively seeking Sales Executives with hands-on experience in export sales, preferably within the ceramic tiles industry, to join a fast-growing and reputed company based in Rajkot, Gujarat. Key Responsibilities Handle international client interactions, build strong relationships, and drive export sales growth Generate leads through industry networks, exhibitions, B2B platforms, and cold outreach Identify and develop new business opportunities in overseas markets Coordinate with logistics, production, and documentation teams for smooth order execution Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies Maintain and update records of client communications, orders, and payments Stay updated with global market trends, competitor analysis, and buyer behaviors Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in export sales Industry Preference: Strongly preferred from the ceramic tiles or building materials industry Education: Graduate (preferred in International Business / Marketing / Commerce) Skills Required: Excellent written and verbal communication in English Good negotiation and interpersonal skills Familiarity with export documentation and international trade terms Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools Show more Show less
