SALES EXECUTIVE

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels like networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's offerings.
• Negotiation and Closing Deals:Negotiating terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and achieving sales targets.
• Customer Service and Support:Addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Strategy and Planning:Contributing to the development of sales strategies and setting sales goals in alignment with company objectives.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis:Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.
• Market and Competitor Awareness:Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales processes.
