Job Description

Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and providing clear explanations of service needs and costs. Service Assessment: Identifying and diagnosing potential vehicle issues, conducting inspections, and discussing repair options with technicians. Work Order Management: Creating service orders, documenting customer concerns, and communicating with technicians to ensure efficient repairs. Scheduling and Workflow: Managing service appointments, ensuring technicians have adequate time for tasks, and coordinating with dispatchers. Warranty and Cost Information: Explaining warranty coverage, providing cost estimates for repairs, and helping customers understand payment options. Customer Education: Educating customers about vehicle maintenance schedules, the importance of preventative maintenance, and the value of maintaining their vehicles according to manufacturer specifications. Conflict Resolution: Handling and resolving customer complaints related to service in a professional and timely manner.
