Job Description

JOB RESONSIBILITES Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and explain service options in a clear and understandable manner. Service Planning: Work with technicians to assess vehicle issues, develop repair plans, and estimate costs. Communication: Relay information between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and expectations. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer service requests and repairs, including repair orders and invoices. Sales and Upselling: Identify and suggest additional services or parts that may be beneficial to the customer. Scheduling: Manage and coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs. Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing issues, consulting with technicians, and recommending solutions. Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints, ensure satisfaction with the service provided, and foster repeat business.
