Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor based in Haryana, India. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, including assisting customers with their inquiries, scheduling vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves being the point of contact between the customer and the service team, coordinating aftersales services, and maintaining high customer-focused service standards. Additional responsibilities include understanding customer needs and ensuring quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service delivery
  • Experience and expertise in Customer Service and handling Aftersales inquiries
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments and provide timely solutions
  • A positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to customer service or automotive services are advantageous
