You will be responsible for hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all salespeople. Your duties will include directing sales staffing and training to enhance the development and control of sales programs. Setting annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit will also be part of your role. Monitoring salesperson productivity and performance, as well as ordering/acquiring new- and used-vehicle inventory, will be crucial tasks. Additionally, you will administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs, display, merchandise, and promote new- and used-vehicles, and review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential. Developing sales campaigns to align with the dealership's goals will be expected. Acting as a liaison between the sales department and other departments, analyzing and controlling expenditures to meet budgetary requirements, and scheduling New Owner Clinics as a follow-up to the delivery process will also be part of your responsibilities. You must maintain a professional appearance, attend managers meetings as requested, and perform any other tasks as assigned. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus provided. The preferred education requirement is a Diploma, and the preferred experience includes at least 1 year as a TWO WHEELR TECHNICIAN and a total of 1 year of work experience.
