TECHNICIAN

As a Sales Manager, your role involves hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all salespeople. You will be responsible for directing sales staffing and training to enhance the development and control of sales programs. Establishing annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit will be a key part of your responsibilities. Monitoring salesperson productivity and performance, as well as ordering/acquiring new- and used-vehicle inventory, are essential tasks in this role. Additionally, you will administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs, display, merchandise, and promote new- and used-vehicles, and review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential. Developing sales campaigns to accommodate the dealership's goals will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of salespeople - Direct sales staffing and training to enhance sales programs - Establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit - Monitor salesperson productivity and performance - Order/acquire new- and used-vehicle inventory - Administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs - Display, merchandise, and promote new- and used-vehicles - Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential - Develop sales campaigns to accommodate dealership goals - Serve as a liaison between the sales department and other departments - Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements - Schedule and plan New Owner Clinics as a follow-up to the delivery process - Maintain a professional appearance - Attend managers meetings as requested - Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Required: - Diploma preferred - Experience as a TWO WHEELR TECHNICIAN for 1 year preferred - Total work experience of 1 year preferred In this role, you will be expected to maintain a professional appearance, attend managers" meetings as requested, and perform any other tasks assigned to you. Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and the work schedule is during the day shift.
