Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed. Role & Responsibilities: 1. Engage with international customers via calls, emails, or chats 2. Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for incentives 3. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial pitch to closing deals 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction Requirements: 1.Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Australian Solar market 2.Proven track record in the solar industry (Preferably in the Australian market) 3. Excellent communication skills & negotiation skills to deal with Australian Customers 4. Ability to convey information clearly and professionally 5. Collaborate effectively with team members. 6. Strong English fluency and excellent telephone etiquette. 7. Ready to work in early morning shift: 4 am to 1 pm (Australian shift) 8. Customer service-oriented mindset Benefits: 1.
