Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. You should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in cold calling, to excel in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, client engagement, meeting sales targets, and maintaining deep product knowledge. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying new business opportunities through proactive cold calling and email outreach, as well as effectively following up on leads. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understand their requirements, and articulate how our products and services can address their needs. Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas consistently will be essential, along with accurately recording all sales activities in our CRM system. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams will be crucial for providing valuable insights on market trends and customer preferences. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the climate-tech or HVAC industry, along with familiarity with IoT-based solutions and subscription models, will be advantageous.
