Job Description

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch ScrapEcos services to potential B2B and B2C clients including businesses, industries, residential complexes, and institutions
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized waste management solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Track sales activities and update records regularly in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales; experience in waste management or environmental services is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
