Job Description

A sales executive's job involves generating leads, presenting products, and closing deals to drive revenue. Core responsibilities include managing a client portfolio, negotiating contracts, providing after-sales support, and using CRM tools to track progress. For leadership roles, this also includes setting team goals, analyzing sales data, and providing training.  Core responsibilities  Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.   Present products or services to prospects, explain their benefits, and demonstrate how they meet customer needs.  Handle negotiations on pricing and terms, overcome objections, and finalize sales to meet or exceed targets.   Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities for business.   Provide ongoing support to customers, handle renewals, and gather feedback.   Track sales progress, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify market trends and opportunities for improvement.   Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage client records, track interactions, and maintain accurate sales data.
