Role Overview

Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Meet and engage with clients during calls, meetings, and site visits.
  • Explain project details, materials, USP, and

    location benefits

    (connectivity, nearby facilities).
  • Research customer profiles to understand their budget, lifestyle, and preferences.
  • Do proper follow-ups and categorize clients (Hot, Warm, Cold) for revisits.
  • Maintain records of interactions in CRM.
  • Be professional, well-groomed, and confident in all presentations.
  • Work with the team and maintain honesty in all dealings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of real estate terms and project details.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to profile and understand customers.
  • Experience in sales (real estate preferred).
  • Graduate degree; MBA is a plus.
