Job Description

To support the real estate sales team by generating leads, meeting clients face-to-face daily, converting those into sales, handling dynamic / last minute changes, and achieving sales targets. This is an entry-level role designed to learn, perform, and grow.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate (any discipline) preferred; 12th pass minimum.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in sales (real estate preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Personality: Presentable, confident, customer-oriented, able to build rapport.
  • Resilience: Should be okay working in a dynamic & fast-changing environment; able to handle rejection.
  • Time Management: Capable of planning daily routes / visits, prioritizing leads and meetings.
  • Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with smartphones, MS Office (especially Excel / Word), CRM or simple lead tracking tools.
  • Valid driving license or ability to travel across territory daily.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of client meetings / site visits per day or week.
  • Number of new leads generated.
  • Conversion rate from lead meeting sale.
  • Total sales value / revenue vs target.
  • Average deal size / margins.
  • Client satisfaction and feedback.
  • Accuracy & timeliness of reporting.

Working Conditions

  • Field work: you will travel a lot to meet clients & visit properties. - Regular office presence: daily reporting/check-in at office. Work days may include weekends / evenings depending on client availability.- High pace: frequent schedule changes, unpredictable issues.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Fixed base salary appropriate for junior level.
  • Travel / conveyance reimbursement (if applicable).
  • Any tools or support (leads, marketing materials).
