Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

During Training (First 3 Months):

Understand safety, behavior management, discipline rules.

After Training:

Keep accurate records: attendance sheets, progress reports, feedback.
Coordinate with project heads and engineers when needed.
Report issues (infrastructure, discipline, performance) to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum education: 10th pass (or equivalent). Additional qualifications (12th / diploma / degree) will be a plus.
Strong communication skills in [Telugu, Hindi] and English (if required).
Demonstrated hard-work, punctuality, reliability.
Leadership ability; able to coordinate small teams.
Good organizational skills; able to maintain records & manage time well.
Patience, empathy, resilience; capability to handle staff positively.
Willingness to work onsite full time.

Stipend / Salary & Benefits

Stipend during training: [15000] per month.
After training: Salary (based on performance / experience).
Other benefits: [,free meals / leave, Accomodation etc.]
Opportunities for growth: promotion, increased responsibilities, additional training.

Conditions

On-site attendance required; flexible working hours may be needed for special events.
Regular performance reviews.
Must abide by organization policies, ethics & code of conduct.
