Job Title:

Job Overview:

Sales Executive (Lead Generation)

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through online research, networking, cold calling, and digital campaigns.
Identify and qualify potential customers for residential/commercial property sales.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and sales progress.
Nurture leads through follow-ups, calls, and emails until they are sales-ready.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule client meetings and property site visits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth handover to the closing sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

3 - 5 years of proven experience in
lead generation or inside sales
, preferably in the
real estate industry
.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital lead generation tools.
Ability to work independently in a
remote setup
while meeting deadlines and targets.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
