Sales Executive (Lead Generation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through online research, networking, cold calling, and digital campaigns.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers for residential/commercial property sales.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and sales progress.
  • Nurture leads through follow-ups, calls, and emails until they are sales-ready.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule client meetings and property site visits.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth handover to the closing sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in

    lead generation or inside sales
