About the Role

Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and engage potential leads across multiple channels.
Conduct discovery calls, sales pitches, and product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on growth initiatives.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up documentation.
Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
Track market trends, competitor products, and customer insights.
Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
Prior experience in SaaS, PropTech, or B2B environments is an advantage.
