Job Description

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
Conduct site visits, understand client energy requirements, and present suitable solar solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
Stay updated with government solar policies, subsidy structures, and market trends.
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

13 years of experience in
solar sales, field sales, or business development

Strong understanding of
solar rooftop systems, EPC projects, and market trends
.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
Proficient in preparing proposals, handling client queries, and coordinating with technical teams.
Confident, energetic, and willing to travel for client visits and site assessments.
