JOB BRIEF


As the “Sales Executive – IT” (Business Application and Cloud) you will own and manage the team plans for New Business Development, and Enquiry by Customers also managing roadmaps, driving the process and supporting the project teams to innovate, develop and deliver.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY


  1. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
  2. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  3. Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance 
  4. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  5. Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
  6. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

7.    Complete any tasks / activity assigned by the Senior / Reporting Person in an efficient and timely manner.

8.    Preparing Estimates, Costing, procurements base on customer enquiry and requirements.


EDUCATION

a.    Minimum Education         :-                     Graduate in any Discipline

b.    Technical Education        :-                     BTech / BE / BCA / ITI / Equivalent


EXPERIENCE


a.    Minimum Experience: -                      3-6 Years (Information and Technology)


BEHAVIROUAL SKILLS


a.    Fluent in English & Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)

b.    Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point

c.     Working knowledge for any Application like HRMS, ERP

d.    Proven work experience as an Sales Executive or similar role

e.    Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously

f.      Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

g.    Relevant training and/or certifications as a Sales Executive for IT Projects and Services.


TECHNICAL SKILLS

a.    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, HRMS and Project Management Software


b.    Good Knowledge for below IT.

i)               Microsoft 365, Tally ERP, Zoho Email

ii)             Website Development, Domain, Web Hosting, VPS Servers

iii)            Antivirus, EPS, Cloud Backup

iv)            XDR, EDR Cyber Security

v)              HRMS, Video Management Softwares
