Job Description

As an Executive - HR & Admin, your role involves developing Admin & HR Policies to promote employee high performance and foster a culture that attracts new talents and retains existing employees. **Key Responsibilities:** **HR (Human Resource)** - Managing complete joining, verification, and relieving formalities for employees/workers. - Handling employee/workers attendance, holidays, leave management, and maintaining other records. - Updating the HR/employee database management and ensuring KYC compliance. - Preparing all ESI/EPF compliance and submitting to customers as required. - Improving the work culture in the organization for team building and loyalty. - Publishing job openings on different portals and placement agencies, shortlisting candidates as per JD, and arranging interviews accordingly. **Admin** - Checking reconciled GSTR data and following up with suppliers/vendors to update GST2A/2B. - Checking SEZ LuT billing and reconciling with certificates. - Managing maintenance/AMC of office/project equipment, assets, tools, and tackles. - Coordinating with and assisting the accounts team in managing administrative and petty cash expenses. - Guiding and supporting the Project/Service Management Team in organizing records, files, and data efficiently. - Maintaining records for Customer AMC/Warranty and ensuring timely support from the Service team. - Acting as a single point of contact for employees/vendors/suppliers/customers. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum education: Graduate in any discipline - Technical education (Preference): MBA in HR **Experience:** - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR/Admin - Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate setting **Behavioral & Technical Skills:** - Fluent in English - Good communication skills (both writing and speaking) - Leadership skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint - Working skills on any one or more software/tools Please note that the gender preference for this role is male/female only, and you will be reporting to the Director.,
