JOB BRIEF


To develop Admin & HR Policies for employee high performance by creating a culture in organization for attracting new talents and retaining the existing employees.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

A.   HR (Human Resource)

1.     Managing Complete Joining, Verification and Relieving formalities for Employee / Workers.

2.     Manage Employee/Workers Attendance, Holidays, Leave Management and Other Records.

3.     Updating the HR/Employee database management and do KYC time to time.

4.     Prepare all ESI / EPF compliance and submit to customers as needed.

5.     Improving work culture in organization for team building and Loyalty.

6.     Publish Job Openings to different portals and placement agencies and ensure to short list as per JD (Job Description) and arrange interview according.


B.    Admin

1.     Check Reconciled GSTR data and follow suppliers / vendors to update GST2A/2B.

2.     Check SEZ LuT Billing and Reconciled with certificates.

3.     Manage Maintenance/AMC of Office/Project Equipment, Assets, Tools and Tackles.

4.     Co-coordinating and Helping the accounts team in managing administrative and petty cash expenses

5.     Guide and Support to Project/Sevice Management Team to prepare records, files, data in manner way.

6.     Maintain record for Customer AMC / Warranty and communicate with Service team to ensure getting support on time.

7.     Serving as a single point of contact with benefit to employees/vendors/suppliers/customers




EDUCATION


a.     Minimum Education                     :-                     Graduate in any discipline

b.     Technical Education (Preference)    :-                     MBA in HR


EXPERIENCE


a.     Minimum Experience HR/Admin    :-                     2 to 4 Years

b.     Minimum Experience                     :-                     2 Years in Corporate


BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS


a.     Fluent in English

b.     Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)

c.     Leadership skills

d.     Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point
