About the Role
We are looking for a driven and persuasive International Sales Executive to accelerate our growth in global markets. In this role, you will represent our brand across the US, UK, and Australian regions, driving both B2B and B2C sales through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and relationship management.
This position demands strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build trust with international clients. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy exceeding targets, and are comfortable working in night shifts, this role is designed for you.

What You’ll Do
Sales & Revenue Growth
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
Convert inbound inquiries into successful business opportunities.
Promote and sell products/services to international clients, customizing pitches to fit client needs.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across global markets.
Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to clients.
Handle objections effectively, resolve client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide post-sales support and maintain high client retention.
Collaboration & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Prepare structured sales presentations and proposals when needed.
Partner with internal teams (operations, finance, and support) to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.
Share insights and feedback with leadership to shape sales strategies and market entry approaches.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
2+ years in international sales, business development, or voice-based sales (B2B/B2C).
Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
Prior exposure to US/UK/Australia client handling is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Ability to think quickly under pressure and handle objections with confidence.
Tech-savvy and comfortable explaining product features to clients.
Highly goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Willingness to work in night shifts aligned to global time zones.
