Ayurooms is a global wellness and travel brand that curates transformative retreats, wellness programs, and travel experiences. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales within the travel or hospitality industry This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the sales cycle with minimal supervision. RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage and track leads effectively using Zoho CRM. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Develop tailored sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client segments. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline data. REQUIREMENTS -  Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in travel or hospitality. Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent English (verbal and written). Ability to work independently with minimal intervention. Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar platforms. Strong negotiation, closing, and client management skills. Location: Remote Thanks, HR Manager |
