Job Description

Ayurooms is a global wellness and travel brand that curates transformative retreats, wellness programs, and travel experiences. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales within the travel or hospitality industry This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the sales cycle with minimal supervision.


RESPONSIBILITIES -


  • Manage and track leads effectively using Zoho CRM.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client segments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline data.


REQUIREMENTS -



  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in travel or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal intervention.
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and client management skills.
