Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in planning and executing high-impact, immersive marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns while actively engaging with customers on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution

    : Assist in planning and executing live experiential marketing campaigns at various event locations, ensuring seamless brand representation.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement

    : Actively engage with customers during events, driving product awareness, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Market Research

    : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and sales growth.
  • Reporting & Analysis

    : Track campaign performance, gather customer feedback, and report on sales metrics to help refine future campaigns.
  • On-site Coordination

    : Coordinate event logistics, including setup, branding, and staffing to ensure smooth execution of experiential activations.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop innovative strategies for client campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in

    sales

    and/or

    event marketing

    , preferably in experiential or live marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and clients in a high-energy, face-to-face environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly between office and event locations, including travel and weekend availability as required.
  • Goal-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail in campaign execution.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
