Job Overview:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle new sales inquiries and convert them into active customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations via phone, Google Meet, or in-person meetings.
  • Assist customers with account setup and onboarding within the application.
  • Provide training to customers for effective use of the software.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Support and Marketing teams for smooth customer experience.
  • Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.
  • Collect and share customer feedback with the product team for improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in

    Sales / Customer Support / SaaS Onboarding

    .
  • Strong communication skills in

    Hindi, Gujarati, and English.

  • Excellent presentation and convincing ability.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, lead management, and follow-ups.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Bachelors degree in any field (Commerce or Marketing preferred).
