We are building our marketing team and looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive new user acquisition through paid advertising campaigns. Role & responsibilities Generate creative campaign ideas that connect with MSME owners. Continuously brainstorm and experiment with new angles, hooks, and content formats to improve campaign performance. Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Define and execute ad strategy focused on trials and sign-ups with a clear ROI/ROAS target. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize reach and relevance. Collaborate with external partners/agencies for ad creatives and video content. Track, measure, and report campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate. Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, ad copies, and landing pages for continuous improvement. Stay updated on latest trends in performance marketing, PPC, remarketing, and growth experiments. Work closely with the sales/remarketing team to align campaigns with user journey insights. Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing / paid ads management. Proven track record of running successful campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads a plus). Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking. SaaS or B2B marketing experience. Knowledge of tools like PostHog, Mixpanel for conversion tracking. Experience with landing page optimization (CRO). Strong understanding of funnel optimization, attribution models, and remarketing strategies. Analytical skills with ability to turn campaign data into actionable insights. Ability to use analytics tools like Google Analytics or any other. Excellent communication and organizational skills able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
