With a strong presence in Jaipur, Mumbai, Mauritius, and London, Globe Communication empowers businesses with innovative and compliant communication technologies. 🧩 Role OverviewThe Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue through online and offline sales of Globe Communication’s digital and AI-driven communication solutions. The role demands strong networking, communication, and consultative selling skills to onboard clients from SMEs to large enterprises. 🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads for Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, IVR, Missed Call, RCS, and AI Bot Calling Solutions. Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Promote AI Voice Calling Agents and Automation Solutions to corporates, hospitals, educational institutes, and retail sectors. Conduct product demos for potential clients. Build partnerships with resellers, marketing agencies, and channel partners. Maintain and update CRM records and weekly sales reports. Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Attend trade fairs, networking meets, and events to represent Globe Communication. 💡 Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi). Strong sales negotiation and closing ability. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, and lead generation platforms. Understanding of AI technologies, WhatsApp Business API, and Cloud Telephony (preferred). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. 🎓 Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred). 6 months of experience in B2B Sales / SaaS / Digital Communication / Telecom. Freshers with strong communication skills and learning mindset may also apply. 💰 Compensation StructureBasic Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience & performance) Incentives: 6 days Working Upto 5–10% commission on achieved sales targets. Additional performance bonuses for exceeding monthly goals. Other Benefits: Mobile allowance, performance-based rewards, and career growth opportunities.
