Role: Sales Executive - EU, US, UK We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to drive new customer acquisition for our CX services across the UK, Europe, and US markets. This role is focused on opening new logos, building executive relationships, and enabling digital-first CX transformation using our AI-driven capabilities. Based in India, the role requires travel abroad and offers future potential for relocation based on performance and business need. Key Responsibilities: New Logo Acquisition – Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure for CX services in assigned international territories. Market Penetration – Identify high-potential prospects across industries (e.g., Travel, Retail, BFSI, Hi-Tech, Healthcare) and establish a strong CX value proposition. CXO Engagement – Engage with senior decision-makers (Chief Customer Officers, Digital Heads, Ops Leaders) to understand their CX transformation priorities. Solution Selling – Position AI-led CX services including omnichannel support, automation, analytics, digital contact centers, and multilingual customer support. Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop account strategies/account plans, build pipeline, and lead proposal efforts in collaboration with solutions, delivery, and pre-sales teams. Industry Visibility – Represent the company at key industry events, CX forums, and partner summits in target geographies. Qualifications & Experience: 4–7 years of experience in CX services sales. Strong track record of opening and developing new accounts in UK, Europe, or North America. Experience in selling to Fortune 1000 or mid-sized enterprises. Understanding of CX technologies and operations (e.g., voice/non-voice, chat, self-service, bots, AI in CX). Willingness to travel and eventually relocate if business requires. Preferred Attributes: Experience working with delivery teams across India and global markets. Exposure to digital CX tools like Salesforce, NICE, Genesys, etc. Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and global deal shaping. Show more Show less
