Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging directly with individual customers—students and their families—to promote and enrol them in our online tutoring programs. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for education. You will be key in driving revenue growth through effective outreach, personalized consultations, and exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:

  1. Identify and connect with potential customers through live video interactions during demo classes, digital marketing channels, social media, and referrals.
  2. Manage inbound leads generated from online campaigns and convert them into enrolled students.
  3. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Personalized Consultations & Enrolment:

  1. Conduct one-on-one consultations via phone, video calls, live chat and emails and WhatsApp to understand the educational needs of students and their families.
  2. Present the benefits of our tutoring programs and provide tailored recommendations that align with customer goals.
  3. Guide prospects through the enrolment process, addressing any questions or concerns to facilitate a smooth conversion.
  4. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  5. Implement creative strategies to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
  6. Gather and relay customer feedback to help refine our tutoring programs and improve the overall customer experience.
  7. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  8. Work closely with the customer success and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from enrolment to service delivery.

 

Qualifications

Education:


Experience:

  1. 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably with a focus on B2C sales or in the education/e-learning industry.
  2.  Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing individual customer relationships.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

 

Shift Requirement

  1. 7 hours between 01.30am to 10.30am
  2. Choice of Shift being 1.30am to 8.30am or 2.30am to 9.30am or 3.30am to 10.30am
