Sales Executive

Experience Required: 2–5 years in sales (preferably in furniture, interior design, or home décor industry) Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to drive sales in a competitive market. You will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing client accounts, and meeting sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell a wide range of furniture products to retail and/or B2B customers. Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing personalized service and post-sale support. Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate furniture solutions. Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop promotional strategies and customer engagement plans. Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders. Track and report sales performance metrics to management. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches. Requirements: Proven sales experience in the furniture, retail, or interior design sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software. High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Design is a plus. Valid driver's license (if field sales role). Preferred Skills: Familiarity with interior design concepts. Experience working with architects, contractors, or interior designers. Understanding of furniture manufacturing and materials. Compensation: Base salary + commission structure.
