Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Kanpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key tasks include presenting financial products, understanding customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition to clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities and market insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
• Knowledge of financial products, particularly in lending, insurance, and wealth advisory, is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in market research, customer needs analysis, and providing tailored solutions to meet specific requirements.
• Adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, financial services, or related industries is an advantage.
