Roles and responsibilities:

Engage with the customers via calls, emails and chats.
Explain investment products effectively to clients.
Maintain strong follow- ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle objection, resolve queries and build long term client relationship.

Candidate requirements

candidate must have strong experience in sales ( 1-4 years is preferred)
