Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for counseling customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable products. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and assisting them through the entire sales process. The candidate will also be required to meet sales targets and provide exemplary customer service to ensure satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to engage with customers effectively and close sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of insurance products and financial services; previous experience in the insurance or fintech industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other digital platforms to manage leads and sales data.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduation in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; fluency in additional regional languages is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets effectively.
