Role Overview

Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in

    B2B sales

    through chat, email, and other online channels targeting international markets.
  • Generate high-quality leads using

    LinkedIn

    and tools such as

    Lusha, Apollo, and ZoomInfo

    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Use

    Zoho CRM

    for pipeline management, client tracking, and sales reporting.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms effectively to close profitable deals.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports using

    Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets

    .
  • Drive ticket sales for

    Mobi Hub events

    , ensuring maximum participation from target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Explore new sales opportunities and market trends to expand the business.
  • (Bonus) Work with the

    used electronics B2B

    sector to source and sell products globally.


Requirements

  • 2+ years

    of proven sales experience in chat-based or online B2B environments.
  • Excellent

    English communication skills

    – written and verbal.
  • Strong

    lead generation

    skills, especially through LinkedIn and related tools.
  • Experience dealing with

    international clients

    and diverse cultures.
  • Prior experience using

    Zoho CRM

    for sales tracking.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel

    ,

    Google Sheets

    , and basic

    Power BI

    reporting.
  • Strong

    negotiation skills

    and the ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Creative and proactive approach – able to

    think outside the box
