Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design needs (residential, commercial, retail, etc.). Present company services, design ideas, and project portfolios confidently. Coordinate meetings between the client and design/technical teams. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and project estimates. Follow up with clients regularly for closures. Maintain a strong pipeline of clients and track progress in CRM or internal systems. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate pricing and finalize deals with clients in alignment with company policies. Provide feedback from the market and clients to improve service offerings. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and site visits when required. Required Skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and project flow (training can be provided). Ability to build long-term client relationships. Confidence in handling premium clients and high-value projects. Time management and self-motivation. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and WhatsApp/email communication.
