Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Rajkot, Gujarat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, preparing sales proposals, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and provide outstanding service.
  • Market Analysis: Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with greenhouse structures and cultivation technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Additional Qualifications: Proficiency in using CRM software and strong problem-solving abilities will be advantageous.
