Job Description

Job Objective:


To drive business growth through proactive inbound and outbound sales efforts by engaging potential customers via phone, identifying their needs, presenting relevant product solutions, and qualifying leads for conversion by the senior sales team.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients across India.
  • Professionally present and promote the company’s products, including biodiesel, ethanol, and pyrolysis plants.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on client requirements, timelines, and budget considerations.

2. CRM & Data Management

  • Accurately maintain and update CRM systems with call details, lead status, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and manage call logs, lead tracking sheets, and call scripts as required.

3. Client Engagement & Follow-ups

  • Perform consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects and convert them into sales-ready leads.
  • Collaborate with senior sales or technical teams to schedule product demos, share pricing, and address client-specific needs.

4. Reporting & Communication

  • Submit daily and weekly reports detailing call activity, lead generation progress, and lead status updates.
  • Escalate high-potential leads or time-sensitive inquiries to the Sales Manager promptly.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Fluent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.
  • Confidence in overcoming objections and managing rejection constructively.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic email communication.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and collaborative spirit.

  • Daily/weekly outbound call volume
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Lead follow-up and conversion efficiency
  • Accuracy and completeness of CRM data entries
  • Timely support and coordination with senior sales team for deal closures
