Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Receptionist & Sales Support Executive at Advance Biofuel in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling reception duties, managing incoming calls and inquiries, providing sales support, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with customer inquiries and support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of sales support processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree
