Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to questions regarding products, services, and orders.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing support, and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Feedback Management:

  Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

• Sales Support:

  Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups, order processing, and managing customer accounts.

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using the company’s CRM system.

• Product Knowledge:

  Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.

• Reporting:
