What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales of Residential/Commercial solar projects in Gujarat and nearby markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with factories, plants, and commercial clients.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships for long-term growth.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
• Prepare proposals, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure smooth project conversion, collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Engineering in the field of Electrical, Energy Systems, Mechanical and any related branch with business background preferred.
• 2+ years in Sales, preferably Industrial/Project Sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector will be an added advantage.
• Passion for sustainability and the solar sector is a big plus!
