Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in

  solar, power, infrastructure, manufacturing, and EPC contractors

  .
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations showcasing products and services to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored

  control panel solutions

  .
• Act as the primary point of contact for queries, quotations, and project requirements.

Technical & Commercial Support

• Collaborate with the design and engineering team for

  technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations

  .
• Ensure quotations/tenders are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client needs.
• Provide

  pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance

  , including demos and after-sales support.

Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback and technological advancements.
• Contribute to

  pricing strategies, negotiations, and deal closures

  .

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM with reports on activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (

  design, production, and service

  ) for timely project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field.

• Experience:

  1–3 years in sales of electrical equipment/control panels/industrial automation. Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
• Strong understanding of

  LT/HT Panels, ACDB Box, and related electrical systems

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  .
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  ; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to

  travel

  as per business needs.
