Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to promote and sell electrical control panels and related automation solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, providing technical support during pre- and post-sales stages, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and industrial automation, along with proven sales and communication skills. Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to promote electrical control panels and related solutions in target markets. Identify new customers, generate leads, and manage existing accounts. Understand customer requirements, prepare proposals, quotations, and technical solutions. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients. Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events for business development. Key Tasks:Sales & Marketing Prospect new business opportunities in assigned territories. Visit clients regularly to build strong relationships. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and solutions. Customer Support Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable control panel solutions. Provide technical clarifications and support during the proposal stage. Ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support. Commercial Activities Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers. Follow up on payments as per agreed terms. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with internal design, engineering, and production teams. Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and market intelligence. Report progress and forecasts to management regularly.
